Erin grew up in Central Oregon and joined the Baxter Law family in January 2024 following a career in music education. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University Irvine in 2019 and her Master of Music from Boston University in 2022.

As a paralegal, Erin takes pride in supporting clients through challenging times by maintaining clear and frequent communication, staying highly organized, and developing a deep understanding of each case. She also loves being part of a team where everyone collaborates, supports one another, and shares ideas.
