About Casey Baxter
Our founder wants to ensure his clients receive the high standards of professional representation that they need after an arrest or accusation. His experience in criminal litigation includes being a former Deschutes County Deputy District Attorney and prior Treasurer and President of the Deschutes County District Attorney’s Association.
His extensive experience in the courtroom has greatly benefited those facing a variety of charges ranging from DUIIs to murder.
Experience as a Deputy District Attorney
Casey’s experience as a deputy district attorney has allowed him to try many misdemeanor and felony cases. Prior to his experience as a deputy district attorney, Casey was a helicopter crew chief in the United States Marine Corp and graduated summa cum laude with a BBA while earning his real estate and financial advising licenses. His hard work has paved the way for Deschutes County’s Veteran's Treatment Court and implementing a “Veteran's Intervention Strategy” in the county to assist and address issues of veteran’s returning from combat.
Experience in Real Estate Law, Debtor/Creditor Rights, and Domestic Relations
Our team has experience counselling small and emerging businesses, representing individuals and small businesses in lease and contract disputes, and represented clients in a broad variety of civil actions in both state and federal court. He also brings his experience in representing clients with issues related to debt collection and clients with issues related to family law, such as restraining orders child custody, and legal separation.
