Erin Cowan grew up in Bend, Oregon, and can’t imagine enjoying life anywhere else. Beginning her career as a high school music teacher, her path took an unexpected turn when she became interested in the dynamic field of law. Eager to challenge herself and explore her new curiosity, she enthusiastically joined the team at Baxter Law, LLC.
Erin loves being a Legal Assistant because it allows her to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives during difficult times. She is committed to ensuring that each of the clients she works with receives compassionate and competent legal support, no matter the situation they are facing.
Beyond her professional duties, Erin finds joy in playing bass guitar around the community, exploring local cuisines, playing board games with her friends and family, and embracing the beautiful outdoors of Central Oregon.
